Natural Resources |
Ms. Winokur joined Holland & Hart in 2004. She is a member of the Natural Resources Department and concentrates her practice on water rights and natural resources issues. Ms. Winokur assists clients in the adjudication of water rights, changes of water rights, and plans for augmentation. She also has experience in the evaluation, assessment, and conveyancing of water rights. Prior to joining the Natural Resources Department, Ms. Winokur was a member of Holland & Hart’s Commercial Litigation practice group, and has experience handling personal injury, oil and gas, and other commercial litigation matters.
While in law school, Ms. Winokur clerked for the National Judicial Education Program. She also worked as a summer associate for Holland & Hart in 2003. Prior to law school, Ms. Winokur coordinated the Legal Project at Alternative Horizons Domestic Violence Outreach Center and the volunteer program at the La Plata County Humane Society.
Ms. Winokur is currently admitted to practice in all Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
