Ms. Mitchell joined Holland & Hart in 2000. Ms. Mitchell has practiced environmental law since 1991, representing corporations in environmental cost recovery and bankruptcy litigation and in domestic and international transactions. Ms. Mitchell has counseled and assisted national and multi-national corporations with multi-facility, domestic and international environmental, health and safety audits and advised clients nationally and internationally regarding compliance requirements. Ms. Mitchell regularly advises developers and lenders regarding environmental aspects of project development, construction and financing.
