Mr. Howard concentrates his practice on real property and water law and has over 35 years of experience in these areas of law.

Among Mr. Howard's areas of practice are residential, commercial and industrial real estate development; master planned communities; real property sales and purchases, and financing transactions; water project and water issues including large water rights transfers and water rights acquisitions and sales; infrastructure issues in real property development and general real property matters.

Mr. Howard has served as Lead Counsel for the following transactions:

Numerous sales of real estate, including industrial, residential and commercial properties
Numerous residential projects including condominium conversions of hotel and apartments, development of commercial and industrial projects
Water infrastructure development
Major water rights issues, State Engineer's administrative proceedings and water rights in conjunction with residential and commercial development and energy projects
Major real estate financing transactions
