Mr. Hamilton represents a variety of local governments, landowners, developers and homeowners associations on Colorado's Western Slope in matters concerning water rights and water quality, local government and municipal law, real estate and land use planning, and associated civil litigation. He also serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Carbondale, Colorado.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Hamilton was a shareholder and director of Caloia, Houpt & Hamilton, P.C., in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
Mr. Hamilton currently serves as the team leader for the firm's water practice. He is admitted to practice before Colorado state courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado.
