Simpson v. Cotton Creek Circles, LLC

The Colorado Supreme Court recently issued its decision in Simpson v. Cotton Creek Circles, LLC.  The case addressed the validity of the Confined Aquifer New Use Rules for Water Division 3, which apply to new withdrawals from the confined aquifer in the San Luis Valley.  The Court upheld the rules.
