Mr. Alstead's practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions and land use law. Mr. Alstead has experience drafting easements and other real property documents, and has conducted due diligence and title work for numerous projects. Additionally, Mr. Alstead has lobbied on behalf of clients before city councils, planning commissions, and the Nevada Legislature. Recently, Mr. Alstead played a significant role in obtaining five highly contested entitlements for a $140 million dollar resort-casino project.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Alstead spent four summers working for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada.
